The organic universe
In recent years, when our health and that of the environment have become of primary concern, everyone is seeking healthier and more sustainable products. Serena Wines 1881 is in line with consumers’ needs and has extended its range of Prosecco to include an organic vegan version. What’s the difference between organic and traditional Prosecco? In the vineyard, the agronomist reduces the amount of pesticides to a minimum, and uses only natural fertilisers. In the winery, the oenologist uses natural, non-chemical products, all additives are organic and the quantities of sulphur dioxide are much lower than usual.
Prosecco DOC Rosé
Serena Wines 1881 proudly announces its new version of the Prosecco DOC Rosé.
Serena Company, which throughout years has been constantly evolving, is one of the very first producers of Prosecco Rosé. A tribute to women, who are very fond of our DOC, this light-pink variety of Prosecco represents the finest version of it, thanks to the Pinot Nero, the only authorized red-berry grapes from the Veneto region.
The two months of fermentation give to this new wine a vibrant perlage and richness in fruity aromas. The new Prosecco doc Rosé is perfect for aperitifs, not to mention appetizers and main course fish dishes.

Obiettivo3
Limited edition of Prosecco doc rosé brut millesimato and Prosecco doc Treviso extra dry millesimato to support Obiettivo3, a listening center founded by Alex Zanardi to support disabled people in Paralympic sport.
140° Anniversary
The limited edition of Prosecco doc Rosé brut Millesimato 2020 is dedicated to the company’s 140th anniversary. The celebratory packaging is the result of a project carried out with the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice.
Ice
A white bottle is dedicated to summer, evoking seaside holidays or cool parties beside the pool. It contains a demisec sparkling wine that’s delicious with fruit or as a special ingredient for a cocktail.
Cortina
For the outstanding occasion of the Alpine World Ski Championships to be held in Cortina in 2021, Serena Wines 1881, together with the Prosecco DOC Consortium, is launching a bottle dedicated to the event. It will contain a special extra dry Prosecco DOC, available in the sizes 0.75, 1.5 and 3 litres.
